We're Appalachian, and we're fire people. This is an aroma log, made for "a longer experience of intentional fragrance dispersion." It is not about heat, and it is not firewood.
The Fire Stave, cut from reclaimed Kentucky bourbon barrels, holds and carries aroma. On an established fire it adds a layer of barrel crackle and toasted oak.

Add the log and its Fire Stave to an established fire. Burn it only in a place built for a fire, such as a fireplace or fire pit, and follow the directions on the box.
